Privacy Policy
How the vERP application handles your information — what it collects, how it is used and protected, and the choices you have. vERP is business software used by authorised staff of organisations that subscribe to the service.

1. Who we are
vERP is provided by Visabi Technologies Private Limited (“Visabitech”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at C5-704, SRS Residency, Sector-88, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India. For any privacy question you can reach us at admin@visabitech.com.
2. Your organisation controls your data
vERP is an Enterprise Resource Planning system licensed to organisations. When you use the app you sign in with an account that your organisation created and administers. The business records you view and enter belong to your organisation, which decides what data is collected, who may access it, and how long it is kept. In data-protection terms your organisation is the data controller and Visabitech processes that data on its behalf to operate the service. Requests to access, correct or delete your business records should be directed to your organisation's system administrator.
3. Information the app handles
Account & identity. Your login identifier (operator code), display name, and the branch/unit and project assigned to you, together with your role and permissions.
Business data you enter or view. As you work, the app displays and submits your organisation's records — masters, transactions, vouchers and reports. This content is stored on the vERP server operated for your organisation, not on Apple's servers or with any advertising network.
Sign-in credentials (stored on your device). If you enable “stay signed in”, your credentials are stored encrypted on your device using the operating system's secure keystore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), so the app can sign you in after a Face ID, Touch ID or device-passcode check. They are used only to authenticate you to your organisation's server and are cleared when you sign out or switch servers.
Connection settings. The app stores the server address (URL) you connect to so it can reach your organisation's vERP system.
Documents & media you choose to share. The app accesses a file or the camera only when you actively choose to upload something. Files you download (such as report PDFs) are saved to the app's private storage so they can be opened.
Device features. Face ID / Touch ID / biometrics are used only to unlock the app locally; biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system and is never transmitted to, or accessible by, Visabitech.
4. What we do not do
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-website tracking. We do not collect your location, your contacts or an advertising identifier, and we do not sell or rent any information to anyone.
5. How the information is used
To authenticate you and provide the features your role allows; to store and retrieve your organisation's records; to keep the service secure (for example detecting invalid sessions and enforcing session timeouts); and to provide support when you or your organisation requests it. We do not use your information for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating vERP.
6. How information is stored and protected
All communication between the app and the server uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Credentials cached for “stay signed in” are held in the device's hardware-backed secure storage. Access to business data is restricted by your organisation's roles and permissions, and sessions expire automatically after inactivity and require re-authentication.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your information. We share it only with your organisation and its authorised administrators (who own the data); with infrastructure and hosting providers strictly to the extent needed to run the service on your organisation's behalf, under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the service.
8. Data retention
Business records are retained for as long as your organisation requires them, according to its own policies and applicable law. Credentials stored on your device persist only until you sign out, switch servers or uninstall the app.
9. Your rights and choices
You can turn off “stay signed in” and clear stored credentials by signing out, and revoke camera or biometric permissions in your device settings at any time. For access to, correction of, or deletion of your business records or account, contact your organisation's administrator. You may also contact us at admin@visabitech.com and we will assist your organisation. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the EU/UK GDPR; because your organisation controls the data, we route such requests through it.
10. Children
vERP is workplace software intended for adults. It is not directed to, and must not be used by, children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify your organisation.
